Now to piece it all together….
So there was a man from among the separatists, the exclusively religious, called Nicodemus, a chief over those belonging to God.
He {Nicodemus} came forward to Yeshua, at night saying, my master it is obvious you are the teacher sent from YHVH. My reasoning is that no one is capable to do the things you do unless YHVH is with him.
Yeshua responded and said, this is trustworthy and sure, then He laid out truth to Nicodemus. Unless a person is regenerated from YHVH he cannot see the realm of YHVH.
Nicodemus lays forth the question, In what way is it possible for a man to be conceived in birth after he is an old man? It is not possible to reenter the womb!
Jesus lays forth a trustworthy statement and so it shall be, to all he says, unless a person born of human will is regenerated by God’s own breath of life (eternal) they will not be able to live in His realm (heaven).
That (person) which is procreated by human beings is a human being (with all its flaws) and they that are regenerated by the life giving breath of YHVH belong to YHVH.
Why do you wonder when I say to you that you must be regenerated by YHVH?
The air pushes hard in whatever direction it chooses, you can hear its tone, but you cannot see its path or its position. In this same way, people are regenerated by YHVH.
Nicodemus responds by saying, In what way can regeneration be possible?
Yeshua responded by saying, Are you not a teacher to the House of Israel? You do not know these truths?
Jesus lays forth a trustworthy statement and so it shall be to you (Nicodemus). You speak because you personally know how, or why, something happened and you are a witness to it. You cannot discern or grasp merely by the evidence after the fact.
If I speak to you about worldly morality and you do not believe it, how will you believe what I say concerning the heavenly realm?”
Not even one man has ascended to the abode of God, except the one who descended from there. The descendant of His countenance, the last Adam being from the abode of God.
It is claimed that Nicodemus did finally get it, stood up for Yeshua and was part of the early Nazarenes, though he may not have fully given up the oral law of the Pharisees (circumcision is necessary for redemption).
