Jesuit perversions of scripture part 3

Isaiah 7:14 King James Version (KJV)

14 Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Isaiah 7:14 Revised Standard Version (RSV)

14 Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, a young woman shall conceive and bear a son, and shall call his name Imman′u-el.

The revision makes it possible for ANY woman and ANY child to have been the combination. This diminishes the validity and deity of Yeshua Messiah.

Luke 2:33 King James Version (KJV)

33 And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.

Luke 2:33 New International Version (NIV)

33 The child’s father and mother marveled at what was said about him.

This revision denies the divinity of Yeshua making both of his parents fully human.

Matthew 19:16-17 King James Version (KJV)

And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?  And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God:

Matthew 19:16-17 New International Version (NIV)

Just then a man came up to Jesus and asked, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to get eternal life?”  “Why do you ask me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good.

Here Yeshua is affirming that he IS God in the flesh and again the revision denies his divinity.
