Doctrine of YHWH or Doctrine of Men

Looking at Isaiah 45:19 “I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the Lord speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.”

YHWH has not hidden his desired attributes for mankind. Nor has he hidden the pathway to salvation in some cave or hole. He didn’t teach the people the wrong way to go or the ways to frustrate YHWH. He openly and explicitly detailed those actions and behaviors that He required to live out ones salvation.

Proverbs 14:12 tells us, “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” This means that mankind has taken the reigns from YHWH and made their own doctrine to the actions and attitudes of faith. This is a very short explanation for the 43,000 protestant religions we see today.

YHWH has already observed this issue in Isaiah 65:2 “I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts.”

The question for mankind….. do we want to continue in our rebellion?

Or do we want to seek out the righteous path that YHWH has already declared to man?
