What is wrong with ….

Have you ever said to yourself, or possibly to another human, or maybe, just maybe, you yelled this at the top of your lungs all alone….

What the heck is wrong with YOU!

The world as we know it today is a mess! The left vs. the right, Christian vs. heathen, one color claiming racism as another color rebuts. Constant turmoil and the complete decimation of the societal structure and interpersonal relationships. Why?

I believe the prophet Hosea has an answer for us…..

Hosea 4:1-3 “Hear the word of the Lord, ye children of Israel: for the Lord hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood. Therefore shall the land mourn, and every one that dwelleth therein shall languish..”

The far more frightening warning to humanity…. Hosea continues in verse six…

“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”

Next time your curiosity is peaked by the insane behavior of a human…. just remember these words. Then pray the truth finds them.
