11 But that no man is justified (receives salvation) by the law (Torah) in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just (those saved) shall live by faith.
*Habakkuk 2:4 “Behold, his soul which is lifted up [the proud] is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.”

30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles (pagan nations), which followed not after righteousness (following Torah), have attained to righteousness (starting to follow Torah), even the righteousness which is of faith.
31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained (came to faith) to the law of righteousness. (They walked away from YHWH by denying Yeshua and following the works of the law in their own flesh and power) – Ezekiel 20:16 “Because they despised my judgments, and walked not in my statutes, but polluted my sabbaths: for their heart went after their idols.”)
32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone; (They could not accept Yeshua: John 1:10-11 “He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not.”)
Leviticus 18:5 “Ye shall therefore keep my statutes, and my judgments: which if a man do, he shall live* in them: I am the Lord.”
