This goes out to the few, but mighty, that follow this blog post.

I realize that my posts have been rather sporadic as of late. I can only beg for your forgiveness as I have allowed events in my life to supersede my writing.

My wife was recently diagnosed with cancer and we have undergone two surgeries two procedures and three therapy treatments over the course of the last 3 1/2 months.

Then we can add in the idea that I change jobs in the last two months, on top of being a parent, of a teenager, it is often easy to put things to the side.

What I forgot was that by putting aside my writing I was also putting aside people and I did not mean to do that at all.

It is my sincere hope is to have new writings at least once a week if not more beginning the very near future.
