Romans 2:12 King James Version (KJV)
12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;
12 For as many as have sinned (violated Torah*) without law (unconcerned with Torah) shall also perish (eternal separation from God) without law (Torah): and as many as have sinned in the law (Torah) shall be judged by the law; (Torah)
1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
The Torah makes the playing field equal for all of humanity, no favoritism can be claimed when all are measured against the same standard.
Paul is explaining that those people that do not know anything about the instructions of YHWH [ie. Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, etc] will not have eternal life because they have no connection to the means of salvation through Yeshua the Messiah.
Likewise those that have access to the Word of YHWH will be measured according to the Torah with salvation found only in Yeshua Messiah.
Plainly said, “If you do not have the Messiah and his law/Torah, there is no need to measure you according to the law/Torah as you are already condemned to eternal death.
1 Peter 4:17 “For the time is come, that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?” What is the result of this judgment?
Matthew 5:19 “Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments [Torah], and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (This is living inside the camp or outside the camp as found in Ezekiel.)
This could not be put any better!

So simple, yet lost on His own: both Jew and Christian.
