The Fathers Day Fraud

Recently we all took pause, grilled out, and bought ties or tools in appreciation of dear ole Dad.

But is it all a fraud? Stay with me,,,,,

First let me say that anyone who has their father still with them … you should recognize his benefit and blessing on your life. But do it when it is appropriate and do it often, dont wait for an authorized day foisted by the government. I would be envious of anyone that could pull that off. This is actually ancient paganism brought to you via mushy emotional coercion all in the name of religion.

Looking into the encyclopedia….

“For centuries, the Eastern Orthodox Church has appointed the second Sunday before Nativity as the Sunday of the Forefathers.”

“A customary day for the celebration of fatherhood in Catholic Europe is known to date back to at least 1508. It is usually celebrated on 19 March, as the feast day of Saint Joseph, who is referred to as the fatherly Nutritor Domini (“Nourisher of the Lord”) in Catholicism.”

If you look deeply at the situation you will see the Catholic church losing membership in the years just after the Lutheran thesis. The church institutes more and more frivolous behaviors and more necromancy! Any attempt to bring about worship and aim it in the direction of a dead human…. it is necromancy.

Looking into history…..

The worship of Mithras, known as Mithraism or the Mithraic Mysteries, was a mystery religion practiced in the Roman Empire from the 1st to the 4th centuries CE. Mithraism centered around the god Mithras, a deity of Persian origin associated with the sun, justice, and war. The religion was particularly popular among Roman soldiers.

The rituals of Mithraism included symbolic meals, baptisms, and purification rites. The most significant ritual was the re-enactment of Mithras killing the primordial bull, an act believed to have brought life to the universe. A blasphemous belief that is the foundation for the Catholic sorcery know as transubstantiation.

Mithraism incorporated astrological elements, with the seven grades of initiation corresponding to the seven classical planets. The mithraea (church) often featured celestial motifs, and the movement of the stars and planets played a role in their cosmological beliefs of a helio-centric universe. Mithraism contained elements of dualistic cosmology, which involved the struggle between good and evil forces. Mithras was seen as a mediator who helped to maintain cosmic order.

Mithraism was an initiatory religion with seven levels of initiation, each associated with a planet and specific rituals. This is reflected in the leadership of the Roman church… Deacon, Priest, Monsignor, Bishop, Archbishop, Cardinal, and Pope. The use of the term “church fathers” must be coincidental?

Again looking to the encyclopedia….

“The veneration of the dead, including one’s ancestors, is based on love and respect for the deceased. Certain religious groups, in particular the Eastern Orthodox Churches, Catholic Church and Anglican Church venerate saints as intercessors with God; the latter also believes in prayer for departed souls in Purgatory.” Again this stands in complete opposition to God and the words of Scripture.

Hebrews 9:27 States clearly, “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this the judgment:” There is no way that we can be prayed out of anything. Look at Luke 16 for further truth…

Luke 16: 19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple [1] and fine linen, and fared (be or make merry) sumptuously (splendidly in manner of lifestyle) every day:

  1. these were the most expensive garments available, even his underwear/linen.

20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus (H499 אֶלעָזָר ‘El`azar (el-aw-zawr’) n/p. (meaning) God (is) helper) , which was laid (to deposit as if a load) at his gate (doorway or portal), full of sores,

21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs (waste or left overs) which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover (means: as if things couldn’t get any worse) the dogs came and licked his sores.

22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom (G2859 κόλπος kolpos (kol’-pos) n. (by analogy) a bay. Many times throughout the bible people are referred to in multitudes as a “sea”): the rich man also died, and was buried;

23 And in hell (“Hades,” the place or state of departed souls held until the Great Judgment Rev 20:11.) he lift up his eyes (discovered his insecurity), being in torments (an instrument used in questioning by which one is compelled to divulge the truth.), and seeth (to clearly see or discern) Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented (G3600 ὀδυνάω odunao (o-d̮ï-naō’) v. to grieve) in this flame. (from his place he can see the flame of the throne of YHWH and he perceives them as the judgment of eternal damnation)

25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted (to call near; as to receive or give help), and thou art tormented. (to grieve)

26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed (a “chasm” or vacancy: impassable interval, depthless, bottomless (specially) infernal “abyss.”) so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: (fathers house is an idiom for his entire family)

28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify (to incite or urge) unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment.

29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses (referring to the Torah delivered to them) and the prophets (one who speaks for Yahweh); let them hear (to engage the mind to comprehend what is being heard i.e. hearken) them.

Yeshua is telling them to read the Bible…. Which at that time did not contain ANY of the letters of Paul.

30 And he said, Nay (still defiant even standing in torment), father Abraham: but if one went (to traverse) unto them from the dead (from death i.e. to resurrect), they will repent. (G3340 μετανοέω metanoeo (me-ta-no-e’-ō) v. to have a change of mind and heart, i.e. to reconsider and repent.)

31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

These are the words of Yeshua himself explaining the truth of eternity. His example for us was living a life in perfect harmony of the Law of Moses and becoming our propitiation for having broken that Law.

Back, once again, to the encyclopedia….

“To the ancient Romans, everything was imbued with a divine spirit (numen, plural: numina) which gave it life. Even supposedly inanimate objects like rocks and trees possessed a numen, a belief which no doubt grew out of the early religious practice of animism. The earth spirits (known as chthonic forces) had never inhabited human form, nor had many of the others, but there were also the spirits of the dead – one’s ancestors, the recently deceased, and the general dead – who could influence one’s daily life. These spirits, as well as those of the natural world, watched over the daily lives of the Romans, guiding and protecting unless one forgot to honor them properly and give thanks for their gifts.”

It is this philosophy that has proliferated our modern calendar snuffing out any hope of celebrating the Feasts of God. Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Saint Whoever, Christmas and Easter are ALL fictitious man made days venerating other humans or behaviors that have NOTHING to do with living a life as a child of God.

Colossians 2:8 “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.”

Mark 7:7-9 “Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do. And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.”

If you want to honor your father… take up one of his chores… praise him in the moment when he deserves it… be the one he can count on… do it today… do it everyday… don’t make it weird and definitely don’t make it a replacement for God and his Holy Days.
